About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise federal, local, and electronic tax audit stages and define defense actions.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing compliance and BEPS documentation in conjunction with external advisors.
  • Analyze Group operations to implement appropriate tax treatments and prevent contingencies.
  • Manage the preparation and timely delivery of accurate tax information to minimize legal and economic risks.
  • Coordinate strategies for tax audits and potential litigation to avoid adverse economic impacts.
  • Provide continuous advisory services to Group companies and oversee information delivery to regulatory authorities.

Requirements

  • 10 years of leadership experience in managing tax audits, electronic reviews, and litigation.
  • Degree in Public Accounting, Tax, or Finance.
  • Deep expertise in Mexican tax legislation (federal and local) and authority criteria.
  • Strong knowledge of transfer pricing and BEPS guidelines.
  • Proficiency in IFRS/NIIF and its impact on tax matters.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance teams and manage high-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience coordinating tax strategies with external advisors and regulatory bodies.
