Tax Analyst

Responsibilities

• Prepare income tax calculations for Group companies in various countries, including Brazil
• Support and review the delivery of ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) and similar obligations
• Generate tax guides, process payments, and report to the Treasury team
• Assist in preparing tax explanatory notes for Financial Statements
• Update tax contingencies
• Perform accounting reconciliations of tax accounts to ensure consistency between tax and accounting
• Control and calculate tax benefits related to income tax, such as Lei do Bem
• Manage tax credit controls and prepare PER/DCOMPs
• Provide technical support for daily demands and projects involving Direct Taxes
• Attend internal/external audits and tax inspections
• Contribute to the improvement of tax area processes and internal controls

Requirements

• Previous experience in direct tax routines within multinational companies
• Advanced Excel skills
• Solid knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation regarding income taxes
• Basic knowledge of international income tax
• Intermediate to advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Big 4 auditing firms
• Knowledge of SAP Business One, Oracle EPM, or SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in technology, digital platforms, marketplaces, or payment methods
• Degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics, or related fields
