Tax Advisor - International Tax

Responsibilities

• Act in investment structuring projects in Brazil and/or abroad, assisting clients in finding the most suitable solutions for their ventures.
• Interpret bilateral treaties and identify alternatives to minimize tax burdens.
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client employees and evaluate satisfaction.
• Contribute ideas and opinions to tax teams and remain receptive to the viewpoints of other team members.
• Assist clients with the fiscal complexities of cross-border transactions, including analysis, reporting, and risk management.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Administration, or Accounting.
• Advanced or fluent English skills.
• Experience in the taxation of profits earned in different countries and on remittances abroad.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
• Dedication to teamwork and leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reorganizations, such as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and similar transactions.
• Familiarity with direct taxes in international operations.
• Expertise in preparing technical proposals and developing new business.
• Knowledge of Digital TAX.
