With 12 offices across Asia, DFDL provides specialized services across various industry sectors including Banking, Energy, Real Estate, and Tax and Transfer Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to prominent local and international clients
• Provide strategic guidance on tax matters related to inbound and outbound investments in Vietnam
• Collaborate with tax and corporate lawyers across various DFDL offices
• Work on sophisticated transactions and cross-border structures
• Contribute to high-impact projects shaping Vietnam’s investment landscape

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience
• Experience in a law or accounting firm
• Technical knowledge and working experience in tax laws, specifically advisory
• Practical experience dealing with Vietnamese and international clients
• Excellent English communication skills
• Valid English language proficiency certificate
• Proactive problem-solving and effective task management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership in a Bar Association or Professional Accounting Body
