Tax Administrative

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative workflow of the Tax department, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and priorities are properly tracked
• Coordinate and monitor Jira tickets and other internal workflows
• Track the Tax department budget and review invoices from external tax advisors
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and follow up on deliverables
• Coordinate tax registrations, deregistrations, and updates across multiple jurisdictions
• Monitor tax notifications from authorities and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain and organize tax documentation, compliance calendars, and internal records
• Support the preparation and submission of administrative documentation for tax compliance
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Treasury teams to facilitate information requests
• Identify administrative bottlenecks and propose process improvements

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role within Tax, Legal, Finance, or professional services
• Educational background in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience coordinating with external advisors or service providers
• Proficiency in managing high volumes of administrative tasks with attention to detail
• Experience with project management tools like Jira, ERP systems, or document management platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with tax compliance processes or corporate registrations is an advantage
• Proactive, autonomous, and solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• B2 level of English
