About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide Soroco (Task Mining) and Celonis (Process Mining) platform consulting and operations
- Act as a liaison between the Platform Team and development teams
- Coordinate enablement for local teams to ensure target skill levels and know-how
- Contribute actively to PSO Platform topics including Celonis, Signavio, and Soroco
Requirements
- B.E, B.Tech, or MCA degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Analytics or SAP domain
- 2 years of experience with Soroco Scout, Celonis, or Process Mining software preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and JavaScript
- Experience with Celonis View, Knowledge models, and dashboard design
- Understanding of Action Engine and Action flow
- Basic knowledge of data modeling and data pipelining concepts
- Basic knowledge of business processes such as O2C and P2P
- Experience with Signavio Process Modeling and Governance
