Task Associate

Responsibilities

• Maintain operational excellence by stocking merchandise and ensuring products are available for purchase
• Execute merchandise resets, planograms, and marketing displays according to company standards
• Maintain overall store cleanliness, including the salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break areas
• Complete shipment and replenishment processes, inventory counts, and other operational tasks
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices
• Support retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and work areas are properly signed and faced

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred
• 1 year of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Proficiency with basic technology, including Point of Sale (POS) systems and Apple devices
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and twist continuously
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 25 lbs. frequently during a shift
