Tape Operator

Responsibilities

• Load and maintain raw materials on reels to keep looms running smoothly
• Operate machinery to ensure continuous production of high-quality accessory tape
• Perform maintenance tasks including checking lube levels and monitoring fluid levels
• Conduct quality control by checking print quality, measurement markings, and product labeling
• Troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop technical aptitude
• Adhere to all safety requirements, policies, and procedures to maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse setting
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to GMPs and SOPs
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk on a concrete floor for extended periods
• Ability to read measuring instruments and a keen interest in technical troubleshooting
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and mandatory workdays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
