About the role
Responsibilities
- Load and maintain raw materials on reels to keep looms running smoothly
- Operate machinery to ensure continuous production of high-quality accessory tape
- Perform maintenance tasks including checking lube levels and monitoring fluid levels
- Conduct quality control by checking print quality, measurement markings, and product labeling
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems and develop technical aptitude
- Adhere to all safety requirements, SOPs, and GMPs to maintain a clean work area
Requirements
- Proven experience working in a warehouse setting
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors for extended periods
- Ability to perform bending and staying in bent-over positions
- Strong interest in technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts and mandatory workdays

- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
