Tankerperson

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe crew, vessel, and tow operations through audits, drills, and safety log postings
• Manage fueling operations including fuel, lube, slop, and water transfers
• Assist in inspection and maintenance of boats and barges
• Provide navigation assistance as directed by the captain
• Handle facility housekeeping, supply requisitions, and inventory control
• Operate forklifts, cranes, and other necessary equipment
• Maintain compliance with USCG, Custom Fuel Service, and IBCO policies
• Maintain necessary paperwork and documentation

Requirements

• Ability to live within an hour's radius of Wyatt, MO
• Ability to safely operate aboard a vessel
• Ability to respond quickly to unexpected circumstances and safety concerns
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadperson experience
