Tanger Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Engage and proactively assist guests across the center to create a welcoming and fun atmosphere.
• Maintain expert knowledge of store locations, amenities, promotional offers, and event details.
• Distribute marketing materials, including samples, coupons, and product information.
• Educate shoppers on TangerClub benefits and the Tanger Mobile App to drive loyalty and savings.
• Represent Tanger at on-site and off-site marketing events, including setup and breakdown.
• Capture and recap promotional events using photos, video, and audio.
• Foster positive relationships with retailers and respond to their requests appropriately.
• Provide administrative support, including office upkeep, mail handling, and assisting with center signage or social media.
• Report center issues or concerns to management to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and apps (smartphones, tablets, etc.).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work outdoors to promote marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative experience.
• Bilingual skills (ability to read, write, and speak Spanish).
