Tamale Production Assistant

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and prepare ingredients for production
• Clean, condition, and disinfect raw materials and supplies according to process standards
• Prepare doughs, sauces, stews, and other base preparations
• Clean and prepare corn husks for tamale assembly
• Assemble tamales by spreading dough, adding fillings, and wrapping
• Support cooking, cooling, packaging, and storage of finished products
• Organize ingredients and products within the production area
• Maintain cleanliness and order of utensils, equipment, and workspaces

Requirements

• High level of punctuality and responsibility
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative attitude
• Excellent personal hygiene
• Valid legal documentation
• Experience in food production, kitchens, or industrial dining is desirable but not required
