Responsibilities
- Operationalize Technology and Product career frameworks, including career paths and capability expectations.
- Support the development of job family assessments, roles, titles, and leveling structures aligned with market benchmarks.
- Maintain a scalable taxonomy to support compensation alignment, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
- Partner with Business Insights to forecast future talent needs and model workforce scenarios.
- Implement skills inventories, competency models, and assessment tools to guide hiring and development.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement to ensure high adoption of talent programs.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development (OD), or HR.
- MBA plus 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience working with skills frameworks or competency models.
- Strong facilitation and change-management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data and analytics into actionable talent strategies.
