Talent Tech Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and administration of Greenhouse (ATS)
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues for Talent Acquisition and Talent Operations
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of workflows, permissions, and templates in Greenhouse
• Test new system features, integrations, and process enhancements
• Monitor system behavior, review errors, and assist with data and permission audits
• Maintain internal People Tech documentation and technical records
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy
• Support system-related training materials and user enablement
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with system standards
• Provide support for additional People Systems like Workday as needed
• Contribute to optimization initiatives across Talent Acquisition and People systems

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience supporting HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems
• Greenhouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and support end users
• Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, data validation)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of system configurations, workflows, and permissions
• Experience testing system updates or new features
• Experience supporting Workday or other HR systems
