About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Talent Consultants to coordinate various HR tasks throughout the employee life cycle
- Leverage technology and facilitate communication to administer multiple HR processes
- Interface with employees to handle initial inquiries and escalate issues as appropriate
- Process and input transactions into SuccessFactors
- Coordinate HR processes including performance management, promotions, variable pay, orientation, and separation
- Provide reports and gather data related to assigned HR projects and initiatives
- Assist in communication flow between clients and HR team members
- Handle special projects as assigned
Requirements
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic project management skills, including managing multiple requests and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and perform job responsibilities effectively
- Strong teaming and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources or technology reporting
