Responsibilities

• Design and own the intelligence layer for the talent function, including systems, automations, and agent orchestration
• Build AI agents to map, identify, and surface exceptional candidates across the talent lifecycle
• Create an orchestration layer to automate repeatable tasks and surface important signals for recruiters
• Develop the connective tissue across the talent stack to ensure signal compounds across tools
• Build a warm intro engine to map networks against target candidates
• Create pipeline analytics and dashboards to provide visibility into recruiting funnels
• Implement feedback loops connecting post-hire performance data back into sourcing criteria

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in ops, GTM, RevOps, recruiting, or a similar role
• Proven track record of building and shipping automations or systems adopted by others
• Strong data literacy with ability to build dashboards and analyze funnels
• Instinct for fixing manual processes through systems thinking
• Ability to pick up new tools quickly and operate effectively in ambiguity
