Talent Strategy Partner

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute best-in-class talent management practices to create a robust and diverse leadership pipeline for critical roles.
• Leverage data and insights to ensure the development of healthy leadership pipelines across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiting, People & Organizational Growth, and Business Partners to address senior leadership needs.
• Form work product teams to deliver specific outcomes in service of senior talent pipeline strategies.
• Maintain high standards for qualitative and quantitative measures to ensure the success of talent initiatives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant global experience in talent management, talent consulting, business partnering, or pipeline development.
• Background within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into effective talent strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

• R&D expertise and a deep understanding of research and development functions and priorities.
• Strong business acumen and experience navigating complex organizational structures.
