About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO and company leaders to determine high-impact hires and talent markets
• Develop original frameworks for evaluating exceptional performance across critical functions
• Build deep maps of important talent markets, companies, and individual candidates
• Design creative strategies to engage exceptional people through targeted communities, events, and research
• Shape the company's talent brand and narrative to attract top-tier talent
• Develop new approaches to evaluating talent beyond conventional interviews or credentials
• Build repeatable strategic playbooks for the broader recruiting team

Requirements

• Track record of high-quality work in demanding environments (founder, operator, investor, or PM)
• Exceptional judgment regarding people and talent identification
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Technical and analytical fluency to understand unfamiliar roles and work with data
• High agency, creativity, and ability to find non-obvious channels
• Ability to move quickly and deliver on goals through resourceful execution
