Talent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership and development experiences across multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and digital.
• Translate identified capability gaps into practical, scalable learning solutions and engaging materials.
• Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and large-scale learning events.
• Support digital learning experiences within learning platforms and systems (LMS).
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, field leadership, and the Talent team to align development with business priorities.
• Gather field insights and performance trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of development initiatives.
• Reinforce Pandora’s culture, values, and leadership expectations through all learning interactions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related HR functions.
• Proven experience designing and facilitating development experiences across various formats.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and various learning technologies/platforms.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a fast-paced or field-based organization.
• Familiarity with talent practices including assessment, career growth, and inclusion and belonging.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
