About the role
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver leadership and development experiences across multiple formats, including in-person, virtual, and digital.
- Translate identified capability gaps into practical, scalable learning solutions and engaging materials.
- Facilitate leadership development programs, workshops, and large-scale learning events.
- Support digital learning experiences within learning platforms and systems (LMS).
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, field leadership, and the Talent team to align development with business priorities.
- Gather field insights and performance trends to continuously improve the effectiveness of development initiatives.
- Reinforce Pandora’s culture, values, and leadership expectations through all learning interactions.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or related HR functions.
- Proven experience designing and facilitating development experiences across various formats.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and leadership development.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and various learning technologies/platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and adapt to changing business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a fast-paced or field-based organization.
- Familiarity with talent practices including assessment, career growth, and inclusion and belonging.
- HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP.
