Talent Specialist

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and manage logistics for onsite interviews and candidate travel
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with top universities and manage internship/graduate hiring
• Design and oversee the summer internship program and standardized assessment processes
• Administer Greenhouse configuration and track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and conversion rates
• Manage the Employee Referral Program and partner with payroll for payouts
• Lead employer branding initiatives through social media, career sites, and campus engagement
• Partner with Marketing to develop content such as articles, videos, and employee testimonials

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent operations and university recruiting
• Experience supporting Talent Acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced organization
• Proven track record in managing university partnerships and early-career programs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and use recruitment metrics
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to streamline workflows
