At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. Our mission is to reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years by connecting people and intelligence through technology.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruiting from intake through to offer
- Act as a thought partner to hiring managers across GTM functions
- Build a responsive and personalized candidate experience
- Intentionally build diverse pipelines from underrepresented groups
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain data integrity and clean records within the Ashby ATS
- Support talent projects including EVP development and recruiting events
Requirements
- 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
- High agency and ability to work with ambiguity
- Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup or tech industry background
- Experience using Ashby ATS
