At Auror, we’re empowering the retail industry to tackle theft and Organised Retail Crime, a $150 Billion problem globally. Our mission is to reduce violent retail crime by 50% in 5 years by connecting people and intelligence through technology.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end recruiting from intake through to offer
• Act as a thought partner to hiring managers across GTM functions
• Build a responsive and personalized candidate experience
• Intentionally build diverse pipelines from underrepresented groups
• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition
• Maintain data integrity and clean records within the Ashby ATS
• Support talent projects including EVP development and recruiting events

Requirements

• 2–3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success)
• High agency and ability to work with ambiguity
• Strong stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Startup or tech industry background
• Experience using Ashby ATS
