Responsibilities

• Scaling the sourcing function and increasing overall team efficiency
• Implementing best practices for working with sources and donor companies
• Building pipelines to create a stable flow of candidates for key development areas
• Automating processes by finding and implementing new sourcing tools
• Quality control by establishing high standards of work at all search stages

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in sourcing complex technical and strategic roles
• Experience in leading and mentoring a team of sourcers
• Ability to build sourcing strategies from scratch, including talent mapping and market analysis
• Data-driven approach using metrics and analytics for decision-making
• Proficiency with automation tools and modern hunting methods
• Experience synchronizing effectively with recruiters and hiring managers
