- Focus on the Netherlands market to expand recruitment reach
- Drive candidate volume and increase the number of interviews for assigned roles
- Find, reach out to, and engage top talent
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
Requirements
- Proven recruitment experience in the e-commerce industry
- A wide network of talents to tap into
- Ability to commit at least 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)
- Ability to use Hubstaff for time tracking
