Responsibilities

• Drive candidate volume for Bangalore-based roles
• Increase the number of interviews for local positions
• Identify and engage top talent within the Bangalore market
• Support the recruitment process to ensure candidate engagement

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience specifically in the Bangalore market
• An extensive network of local talent in Bangalore
• Ability to find, reach out to, and engage high-quality candidates
• Currently based in India without the need for visa sponsorship
• Ability to commit at least 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)
• Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
