Responsibilities

• Drive candidate volume for Netherlands-based roles
• Increase the number of interviews for local positions
• Identify and engage top-tier Dutch talent
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Proven recruitment experience specifically in the Netherlands market
• An established network of local Dutch talent
• Ability to find, reach out to, and engage high-quality candidates
• Must be currently based in The Netherlands
• Must have the legal right to work in The Netherlands without sponsorship
• Ability to commit at least 4 hours per day (up to 20 hours per week)
• Willingness to use Hubstaff for time tracking
