Talent Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines for indirect labor (IDL) roles
• Proactively source passive candidates through targeted talent mapping, database searching, and networking
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR to attract top-tier talent
• Develop candidate engagement strategies within manufacturing, medical, automotive, and critical power industries
• Research market trends and provide talent intelligence and external data updates
• Provide a high-touch "white glove" experience for both candidates and stakeholders
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment venues to promote company culture
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal policies and external regulations such as OFCCP and EEOC

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of talent sourcing experience
• Industry experience in manufacturing, power, utilities, or industrial sectors
• Proficiency in Boolean search, LinkedIn sourcing, and alternative search methods
• Strong research and talent mapping skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and candidates in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
