Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, engage, and build a diverse pipeline of high-potential, early-career sales talent
• Craft compelling, personalised outreach strategies to engage passive candidates
• Coordinate European campus recruitment initiatives with career centres and academic institutions
• Develop and implement a calendar of events including graduate fairs, networking sessions, and workshops
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Marketing to align event themes with business objectives
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Background in recruitment, sourcing, sales, or event coordination
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
