Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for P0 roles across engineering, product, design, business operations, and executive functions
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
• Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools and specialized communities in AI and music technology
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to generate interest and qualify candidates
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize pipeline quality and conversion rates
• Research market insights and talent mapping to inform sourcing approaches

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in the technology or startup sector
• Demonstrated track record of building quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across multiple functions
• Expertise with sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and portfolio sites
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred)
• Excellent written communication skills for compelling candidate outreach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and constantly evolving startup environment
• Must be eligible to work in the US
• Strong passion for music
