Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for P0 roles across all departments
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to reach diverse talent pools
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and engagement to qualify candidates
• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to optimize strategies
• Research market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence
• Represent Suno at networking events and online communities

Requirements

• 3+ years of talent sourcing experience, preferably in technology or startups
• Experience sourcing for both technical and non-technical roles
• Proven track record of building quality pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and portfolio sites
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong passion and interest in music
