Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Proactively source passive candidates via X, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, and niche technical forums
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering roles
• Leverage AI-powered sourcing and research tools to increase pipeline speed and quality
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine sourcing strategy
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and phone screens to assess interest and qualifications
• Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health
• Represent SpaceX’s mission and culture to prospective candidates
• Stay current on market trends, competitor talent pools, and compensation benchmarks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience
• Or associate degree and 2+ years of experience
• Or 3+ years of professional experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical recruiting experience
• Experience sourcing for engineering, hardware, or technical manufacturing roles
• Strong Boolean/X-ray search skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Ability to distinguish between top-tier talent in respective fields
