Talent Sourcer LATAM

Responsibilities

• Perform active sourcing of candidates for strategic roles across LATAM, with a primary focus on Brazil
• Create and manage active candidate pipelines for key positions to maintain a qualified talent pool
• Map talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and other advanced search tools
• Contact candidates to present opportunities and conduct initial qualifications
• Schedule interviews and manage communication flow between candidates and recruiters
• Support recruiters in end-to-end recruitment activities and maintain updated recruitment systems
• Develop search strategies and market mapping for various professional profiles

Requirements

• University degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
• Proven experience in Talent Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or Research
• Expertise in market mapping, active hunting, and candidate outreach strategies
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction platforms
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and automation
• Advanced Spanish skills for communicating with regional candidates and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously
