Talent Sourcer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume and niche technical and non-technical roles
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
• Proactively engage passive candidates through personalized messaging and various sourcing channels like LinkedIn and social networks
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and optimize sourcing processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS
• Deliver a thoughtful and streamlined candidate experience

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or in a related talent acquisition role
• 4-year university degree
• Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software, DevOps, QA Engineers)
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
• Extensive HRIS experience, with UKG preferred
• Experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills (including Excel)
