About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for high-volume and niche technical and non-technical roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
- Proactively engage passive candidates through personalized messaging and various sourcing channels like LinkedIn and social networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest
- Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and optimize sourcing processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATS
- Deliver a thoughtful and streamlined candidate experience
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Sourcer or in a related talent acquisition role
- 4-year university degree
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software, DevOps, QA Engineers)
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools
- Extensive HRIS experience, with UKG preferred
- Experience using Greenhouse ATS or similar applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills (including Excel)
