Responsibilities

• Map, find, and engage the top 0.01% of technical candidates globally
• Map talent pools, competitive landscapes, and emerging technical communities into actionable intelligence
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to fill pipelines for multiple competing roles
• Operate as a data-driven function by tracking pipeline metrics, outreach conversion, and source effectiveness
• Design and document sourcing playbooks, channel strategies, and talent maps
• Run ahead of the business by mapping future needs to ensure pipeline readiness

Requirements

• Proven experience building proactive sourcing pipelines for exceptional technical candidates
• Ability to map talent landscapes and turn them into hiring strategy intelligence
• Experience running outreach that converts high-quality passive talent
• Data-driven approach using conversion rates, source quality, and pipeline health
• Ability to build scalable sourcing infrastructure and playbooks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience sourcing in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets
• Experience with sourcing tooling and automation
• Experience in market-mapping or talent-intelligence work
