Talent Sourcer and Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Source exceptional candidates across engineering, product, design, business operations, and GTM functions
• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate complex requirements into targeted search strategies
• Create compelling outreach to engage passive candidates and drive strong response rates
• Own interview scheduling and coordination to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain data hygiene and pipeline accuracy within Gem
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows to improve sourcing and operational efficiencies

Requirements

• 2+ years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting operations experience
• Proven track record of building quality pipelines for complex roles
• Hands-on experience with Gem (ATS/Sourcing/CRM) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Expertise with various sourcing tools and platforms
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
• Strong written communication skills for candidate engagement

• Experience sourcing across both technical and non-technical role types
• Passion for experimenting with and building using AI tools
