Talent Relations Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive influencer strategy and execution to strengthen brand visibility, credibility, and engagement across owned, paid, and earned channels.
• Develop and implement a yearly Talent strategy aligned with Global PR and Brand plans.
• Optimize the Talent budget using a cost-conscious and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Identify, partner with, and manage agencies, agents, and creators to execute strategic initiatives.
• Conduct talent mapping and research to identify partners that align with the brand's fashion ambitions.
• Oversee partnership management, including contracts, briefings, and event collaborations.
• Track, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of talent engagement and provide actionable insights.
• Represent the brand at H&M and industry fashion events.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or communications.
• Proven track record of managing influencer initiatives that drive measurable business results.
• Deep interest in fashion and knowledge of owned, paid, and earned media channels.
• Experience building and managing partnerships with influencers, talents, and agencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
