Talent Relations Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of talent collaborations for partner brands
• Scout suitable talents and assist with outreach and communication with talents and their management
• Contribute to project management, including campaign support, reporting, and deriving actionable recommendations
• Actively screen social media trends, news, and emerging talents

Requirements

• Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communication, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in marketing, communication, or talent/influencer relations is preferred
• Strong passion for social media with a keen sense for trends and upcoming talents
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• A creative and structured working style with reliable project management abilities
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
