About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of talent collaborations for partner brands
- Scout suitable talents and support outreach and communication with talents and management
- Assist in project management, including campaign support, reporting, and deriving recommendations
- Actively screen social media trends, news, and emerging talents
Requirements
- Ongoing or completed studies in Fashion, PR, Marketing, Communication, or comparable training
- Initial professional experience in marketing, communication, or talent/influencer management is desirable
- Enthusiasm for social media and a sense for trends and upcoming talents
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Creative, structured working style and reliable project management
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
