Talent Programs Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams and time zones
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates to ensure a high-touch, professional experience
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support the offer process logistics and onboarding coordination
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling priorities for Rune's co-founders and executive leadership
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and briefing documents for internal and external meetings
• Coordinate logistics for customer meetings, recruiting activities, and leadership offsites
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, executive assistance, or a related role
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating schedules across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar productivity tools
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting founders, executives, or senior leadership teams
• Experience supporting recruiting in a high-growth startup or technology company
• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever
• Interest in defense technology, national security, or emerging technologies
