Talent & People Experience Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end intern program twice yearly
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, screening, scheduling, and candidate care
• Assist with immigration processes and documentation
• Contribute to people experience initiatives across the employee lifecycle
• Support reporting, dashboards, and recruitment analytics
• Manage shifting demands with accuracy and a positive attitude

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent coordination experience
• Experience with Greenhouse and/or Workday
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative and people-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent
• Recruiting experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
