Talent Partnerships Agent

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit influencers, creators, and talent across Women’s, Curve, Men’s, Kids, and Beauty divisions
• Negotiate competitive rates and deliverables to ensure maximum ROI for the brand
• Manage the end-to-end contracting process, including drafting proposals and managing agency agreements
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with talent managers and agencies
• Coordinate with internal teams to align talent deals with campaign timelines and launch needs
• Track and report on influencer participation and post-deal performance outcomes

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or entertainment industry deal-making
• Proven track record of negotiating talent rates and closing partnerships at scale
• Established network of influencer managers and agency contacts
• Strong contract literacy and high attention to detail
• Advanced analytical capabilities to evaluate talent performance and engagement
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, California

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
