Talent Partnership Agent

Responsibilities

• Scout and recruit influencers and creators across various brand divisions
• Maintain an active talent pipeline and track performance potential
• Negotiate competitive rates and deliverables to ensure maximum ROI
• Draft, review, and manage influencer and agency contracts
• Coordinate talent payments and maintain documentation within internal systems
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with managers and agencies
• Partner with internal teams to align deals with campaign timelines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
• Proven track record of negotiating and closing partnerships at scale
• Established network of influencer managers and agency contacts
• Strong contract literacy and attention to detail
• Advanced analytical capabilities for evaluating talent performance
• Bachelor's degree preferred
