Talent Partner, Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

• Deliver the overall recruiting experience by developing sourcing plans and innovative search strategies to attract a diverse community of talent
• Act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders, providing a coaching-infused approach to understand business goals and talent needs
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from converting prospects to managing pipelines and ensuring a transparent, meaningful candidate experience
• Partner with hiring leaders on future talent needs through market research, talent mapping, and pipeline creation
• Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data-driven solutions to optimize velocity and quality
• Maintain high standards of data integrity within the Greenhouse ATS

Requirements

• 5 years of in-house recruiting experience
• Proven expertise in sourcing, pipeline management, and talent market mapping
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence outcomes through insightful questioning and collaboration
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
