Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for technical roles from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, and Technology leaders to develop hiring strategies
• Source and engage top technical talent through market mapping, networking, and direct sourcing
• Build and maintain high-quality passive candidate pipelines for critical technical roles
• Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers providing market insights and competitive intelligence
• Evaluate candidate backgrounds and technical experience against role requirements
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and process management
• Manage offer development, negotiation, and closing activities
• Leverage data and recruiting metrics to optimize recruiting processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Data Science, IT/Security, or Technical Product functions
• Proven success in passive candidate sourcing and pipeline building
• Ability to assess technical talent and understand software development processes
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and closing skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in gaming, technology, software, AI/ML, or high-growth environments
• Familiarity with modern AI development methodologies and AI-enabled workflows
• Experience using advanced sourcing tools and talent intelligence platforms
• Experience working within an in-house Talent Acquisition team
