Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for a defined set of roles, building relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate scorecards and advise on recruitment processes
  • Focus on high-quality pipelines to attract A+ talent
  • Use creative positioning and A/B testing for candidate messaging
  • Track and own key recruiting metrics including time to close, pipeline health, and headcount goals
  • Support various roles across Engineering and Operations divisions in the US and Europe

Requirements

  • 3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis
  • Experience in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of the talent market and ability to engage technical builders
  • Proficiency in tracking metrics and utilizing data to drive decision-making
  • Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills
  • High level of ownership and a bias toward action
