Outpost is building the AI global trade engine. We operate as Merchant of Record or Tax of Record across 58+ tax jurisdictions, providing the infrastructure for companies to sell anything, anywhere without compromise.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruiting process including sourcing, screening, and closing
- Build pipelines for critical roles across engineering, commercial, operations, and legal
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate experience
- Build onboarding programs to ensure new hires are productive quickly
- Design performance frameworks and compensation structures
- Create the rituals and practices that define company culture
- Build scalable systems, processes, and documentation for the people function
Requirements
- In-house recruiting experience at a fast-scaling startup or scaleup
- Experience hiring across multiple functions (engineering, commercial, operations)
- Proven ability to close hard-to-get candidates in competitive markets
- Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for action
- Desire to build a full people function rather than just filling roles
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to broader people operations beyond recruiting
- Experience in high-growth fintech environments
