Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner focusing on technical recruiting in Portugal, supporting engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, DevOps, and AI disciplines.
• Own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and qualifying to closing top technical talent.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-assisted tools, and market mapping.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to provide data-driven insights, workforce planning, and market intelligence.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and serve as a global brand ambassador for Intermedia.
• Track and optimize recruiting metrics using AI-enabled analytics to ensure quality, speed, and scalability.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-4 years of proven technical recruiting experience with a track record in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience recruiting for technology-driven organizations, specifically within SaaS, cloud communications, UCaaS, or CCaaS.
• Proficiency with AI-driven sourcing and recruiting tools.
• Ability to articulate complex technical and AI-related roles and business needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with senior technical leaders.
