Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer preparation
• Collaborate directly with co-founders to identify and hire key leaders and functional heads
• Implement recruitment strategies to support rapid scaling as a Series A startup
• Champion the company brand to attract top-tier talent
• Report weekly on recruitment activities and pipeline data to the founding team
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and maintain compliance with recruiting processes
• Create comprehensive sourcing reports and assess candidate data quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a scaling startup
• Proven track record of hiring for various departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, CS, etc.)
• Experience recruiting for C-Suite, Management, and Individual Contributor roles
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong experience sourcing passive candidates using data-driven approaches
• Proficiency with Google Suite, LinkedIn, and Slack
• In-house startup recruiting experience is required
