Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical departments
  • Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted talent advisor
  • Drive workforce planning using pipeline analytics and market intelligence
  • Screen candidates with a high bar for skills, potential, and mission alignment
  • Operate as a data-driven function tracking pipeline health and conversion metrics
  • Build and optimize hiring infrastructure including interview frameworks and scorecards

Requirements

  • Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in competitive markets
  • Proven ability to close exceptional candidates against strong metrics
  • Ability to anticipate business needs and provide strategic hiring insights
  • Skill in finding and engaging talent through creative, non-obvious channels
  • Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline conversion and source quality
  • Uncompromising bar for talent quality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical recruiting experience in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets
  • Experience in high-growth or zero-to-one talent acquisition environments
  • Advanced sourcing craft and tooling expertise
