Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across technical and non-technical departments
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a trusted talent advisor
- Drive workforce planning using pipeline analytics and market intelligence
- Screen candidates with a high bar for skills, potential, and mission alignment
- Operate as a data-driven function tracking pipeline health and conversion metrics
- Build and optimize hiring infrastructure including interview frameworks and scorecards
Requirements
- Experience owning full-cycle recruiting in competitive markets
- Proven ability to close exceptional candidates against strong metrics
- Ability to anticipate business needs and provide strategic hiring insights
- Skill in finding and engaging talent through creative, non-obvious channels
- Data-driven mindset focused on pipeline conversion and source quality
- Uncompromising bar for talent quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical recruiting experience in AI, infrastructure, or deep-technical markets
- Experience in high-growth or zero-to-one talent acquisition environments
- Advanced sourcing craft and tooling expertise
