Talent Partner, Engineering

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle hiring for engineering and technical roles across EMEA
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build sourcing strategies
• Identify, engage, and manage technical talent through the recruitment process
• Conduct proactive sourcing, market mapping, and candidate screening
• Manage interview processes and provide stakeholder updates
• Support offer negotiations and closing processes

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical or engineering roles
• Experience supporting hiring across EMEA markets (UK/Europe preferred)
• Proficiency in sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer
• Familiarity with ATS systems like Greenhouse
• Strong understanding of EMEA hiring practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in AI, cloud infrastructure, robotics, or distributed systems
• Exposure to hiring for Python, Kubernetes, or machine learning teams
• Experience in high-growth or scaling technology companies
