Talent Partner

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across multiple channels including resume databases, Boolean searches, and professional networks
• Engage with active and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter
• Prescreen candidates via phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Monitor and maintain roles in Greenhouse ATS
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define candidate requirements and draft job descriptions
• Collaborate with leaders to develop competency-based interview questions
• Provide training and coaching to hiring managers on recruitment processes
• Manage candidate expectations and engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle

Requirements

• Significant experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
• Proven track record of sourcing candidates across various sectors
• Experience supporting legal or finance business units or fast-moving organizations
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Professional development in talent, HR, coaching, or project management
• Interest in sport or online streaming communities
• Knowledge of Easygo brands such as Stake, Kick, or Twist
